Description
A collection of six black and white negatives of John Lennon which were taken during the American WFIL radio ‘Helping Hand’ broadcast marathon in aid of a local Philadelphia charity, it took place between 16th and 18th May 1975. During the time John spent at the radio station he answered the radio station telephones to take donations, he signed autographs outside the venue for donations and even auctioned his clothes to help raise funds.
